Special Ed child reportedly abused at school by educators, then parents retaliated on (harassed by DFACS all initiated by the school system) for speaking up and wait -- it gets worse, the teacher (special ed director) that tried to help them and protect the child gets demoted.. Fortunately for the Jarrards, the parents cited in this article, DFACS knew this was a measure of harassment and they inspected their home twice, both times case closed. There was nothing for DFACS to handle. Nothing. So the Jarrards sued the district and settled out of court for an undisclosed sum of money-- yep, it could be done, IF you have an attorney with enough balls
This seems to be one abusive governmental school body in Forsyth County Georgia
The question is-- did the school district reprimand these educators - or not? Are they doing anything about this -- or not?
